This, ocean inspired, lightweight and delicate stackable necklace set is a fresh, fun and unique take on 500+ year old practice of meenakari. Mimicking a ripple they move from dark blue through to white with dull gold edges lightly defining each swell.

Meenakari or enameling is the Persian art of painting the surface with brilliant colors. It requires a great degree of skill, precision, and dedication and is one of the most intricate metal decorating techniques that passes through many artisans until its completion. “Meena” referring to paradise in Persian was introduced in India during the royal Mughal era and has flourished and grown for over 500 years and remains popular even today with traditional and contemporary designers.
